They then tend to have a rude awakening if the market does not perform. There are going to be some really big booms in the real estate market and then there are going to be some deep troughs. That might not be the wisest thing. Having a small place can be very instructive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That way, you will learn what to do and what not to do. As you gain more experience and hopefully get some money from it, you can invest in larger properties.
